We aim to give you the best holiday and for you to fall in love with Turkey. We feel sure that you will come to us at the Ernur Hotel as customers and leave us as friends. With this in mind we offer a range of services at the Hotel for you to enjoy:

Hotel is open all year round.

Traditional Turkish Breakfast – is available each day from 8.30 until 10.00 and is included. For small additional charges we also offer in the restaurant full English breakfasts, beans on toast, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage sandwiches etc – these are available all day anyway.

Laundry Service– why go home with all that dirty washing and ironing to do? We arrange for your clothes to be washed and ironed at a small extra charge so all you have to do is lay them in your case when you go home!

Personal Massage Service– the Turks are famous for their massages so why not pamper yourself? You will also feel incredibly clean afterwards! Alternatively we can arrange for you to visit the local and original Turkish Baths in Hisaronu – just 5 minutes away – where you can really be pampered in a small group together.

Money Exchange Service– No Commissions and offering same rates as in the main resort for your convenience. As a little note of advice – you always get a better Exchange rate in Turkey than you do from anywhere in the UK so it is best to just bring along a little Turkish Lira with you and change your Pounds, Euro or Dollars when you get to your Turkish resort. Every little helps!

Airport Transfers– We can arrange to pick you up from either Dalaman – the closest airport about 1 hour away – or Antalya – about 2.5 hours away any time, day or night. Please Click Here for more details and prices.

Trips and Excursions- With Sammy’s experience and contacts in Tourism all around the area and beyond, he is the perfect chap to tell you all about various excursions and boat trips for you to explore Turkey further and enjoy the perfect day. He can arrange any or all the usual trips available in the resort for you – see Attractions & Excursions on this website - but can also tailor to special requirements. He can book excursions for you at the best prices available in the resort. We do a little welcome meeting for you the day after you arrive anyway to say hallo and tell you about the hotel etc and we include a bit on the trips also to give you a flavour. You can of course book your own in the resort of Hisaronu but at least you will have an idea on what you would like to see or do.

Private Speedboat Hirefor up to 6 people for a day out on a powerful Speedboat for beach BBQ lunches and drinks and swimming around the bays of Fethiye and Gocek. Take your sun cream!

Private Fishing Trips– Up to 6 people on the speedboat, mooring off at great spots for fishing. If you catch yourself a nice sea bass, bream or mackerel we can bbq it back at the hotel for you for free to take to your apartment or cook it in the restaurant how you like it and serve it with your choice of salads and homemade chips or saute or boiled potatoes and vegetables for a small extra charge.

Safes– at just £1 a day, you can keep all your valuables, passports etc if you want to – though the crime rate here is extremely low.

Car Hire/Quad Bike Hire/Scooter Hire– the hotel has some of its own vehicles for hire but we can also arrange everything for you from the local providers in Hisaronu at your convenience. There are a lot of beautiful places to see in Turkey so why not get out there and explore a little? You will need your driving licence whoever you book with. Driving in Turkey is good – only the main towns are busy.

Restaurant Food and Snacks and Bar Services– Late Arrivals? We can cook anything for you from our vast menu from a homemade chicken doner wrap or homemade burger to a Turkish casserole or steak or even full English breakfast or a Bacon sandwich at 3.00 am if you arrive from a late flight and are hungry. The bar will also serve you your first holiday drink or a cup of Tetley tea if that is your preference if you just want to relax a little before bed after yoıur journey.

Homemade Gozleme – Wonderful Turkish Pancakes

You must try the Homemade Gozleme savoury meat or cheese pancakes traditionally made by a local Turkish village lady on the premises – wonderful to eat and great to watch her skills in making the pancakes, rolling them out and placing them on a large round hotplate fuelled by a wood fire – available during the day only. Served in a traditional Turkish seating area with lots of cushions!

Room Service– You can order anything off our menus to be delivered to your apartment if you want to eat but don’t want to cook and fancy a ‘night in’.

Pool Table– there is a good quality pool table near the bar area and we also organise the odd pool championship here too once a week – but I warn you the staff like to join in that one and are pretty good – avoid Turkish rules at all costs as they are hard (or perhaps a little cheating goes on?)

Restaurant and Outside Bars– Stay open until you go to bed! Nice for a nightcap on your way back from somewhere and a chat to other guests about your day.

Live Music once a week

BBQ and Turkish Entertainment Night once a week – usually some belly dancing involved, and that’s just the guests!

Sky TV– Sky Sports and we will have also BBC and ITV for those who like a Soap or 2.

Wi-Fi enabled – 

DVD/Films– Each evening at 6.30 we show an up-to-date film to enjoy in the restaurant and bar.

Sandwich Service for the Airport– although Turkey itself has very reasonable restaurant prices everywhere, in case you have not travelled to Turkey before you will find the drinks and sandwich/food prices at the airports really shocking. We recommend you take something with you to keep you going and if you don’t want to spend the last few moments of your holıday making something in your apartment, we can offer a great selection of freshly made sandwiches for you to take with you and avoid the rip-off!

Shop on Site– Selling fruit and veg, cheese, yogurt and general foods plus toiletries etc.

The Turkish Shavefor the Men/ Wash and Dryand Manicures and Pedicures for the Ladies – the men definitely should experience a good wet shave whilst here in Turkey and for the ladies – for approx £4 you can have a wash and blow dry to spoil yourself on the way out for an evening. We can take you to our good friends at a local barber/hairdressers where you can drink apple tea and be pampered for half an hour. They are good qualified people and are owned by a lovely Turkish chap Ali (known as Ali Barber) and his good English wife Brenda.

Overseas Property Club– My work experience apart from cooking, is running a small and independent international insurance brokerage with 2 partners in the UK and I have a lot of experience in the property market here in Turkey if you are looking to buy a property. I have been staying out here for most of 2010 , talking to a lot of people – agents and buyers alike and have heard some great stories but also some bad ones.

I have learned a lot and we now have great international contacts with large and specailised insurers and legal and financial people so we can help people also with legal problems such as no Title Deeds ever received (TAPU), or advice or arrangement on overseas mortgages, property insurances, earthquake cover and international healthcare amongst other things. Talking costs nothing and there is no harm in getting some free and helpful advice. Property here in Turkey is a good investment but there can be pitfalls in any country when buying property abroad so come and talk to me about anything here – I will be truly glad to help anyone avoid problems!
